HOW TO ORDER
Through the Web Store

The most convenient way to order is to use the Web Store and e-mail for communicating with us. We are available for
general enquires during our normal hours of business (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm Eastern Standard Time,
except public holidays and during the Xmas Holiday shutdown). Please leave a message if we are unable to answer
the phone and we will get back to you in a timely fashion.

Please reference you Order Number, Serial number and Name and include all relevant details.
A tracking number for the shipment is e-mailed to you once your order is processed. The last Shipping day of the year
is 22nd December. We are closed 23rd December through January 8th.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. We need an alternate address - such as your work address or home address for all
US shipments. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER
For Web store purchases you will receive a confirmation number on checkout. For all other types of order we will
contact you by mail, fax or e-mail with a confirmation number.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER
To change your order please contact us within 48 hours of placement of the order to discuss the order and options.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days of delivery of your limited edition print.
We will process a return if you are not satisfied with the item and it is unopened and in the original packaging. To
return the item you must contact Impressions by Kerry LLC within 14 business days of receipt of the item, either by
phone or e-mail or preferably both. All items must be returned and received by Impressions by Kerry LLC in the
original packaging, undamaged in 'mint condition' and unopened. To return an item you must use UPS (within the
USA) and mail to: Impressions by Kerry LLC, 2 Highview Drive, High Bridge, NJ 08829. Impressions by Kerry LLC will
not pay for the return shipping of the item. If Impressions by Kerry LLC does not receive the item to ensure it is
undamaged, in mint condition and unopened, no refund will be made.
If the print is returned damaged and has been removed from it clear packaging we do not offer a refund.
We will exchange the item for another print from the Web Store if you are not fully satisfied with you limited edition
print. To exchange an item for another print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your print. We will contact
you on the cost difference for the exchange and on how we will process your exchange. All exchanges require you to
return the item using UPS undamaged, in 'mint condition' and unopened in the original packaging. Please send all
exchanges to: Impressions by Kerry LLC, 2 Highview Drive, High Bridge, NJ 08829.
If the item is returned damaged and has been removed from its clear packaging we cannot offer an exchange or
credit for the item.
We will exchange the print (if the print is still available) if the item is damaged in transit and it can be verified that the
shipping agent damaged the contents. In the case the item was damaged in transit and the edition is no longer
available a web store credit or refund will processed against the order.
Please contact us for a Return Material Number (RMA) directly to process the exchange at
email@example.com or contacting the office and supplying your order confirmation number, item number
and any other details. We will provide you information on how to return the item to us once we have issued the RMA
